If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Grill Plus provides custom outdoor kitchens, built-in grills, stone and brick finishes, and related outdoor kitchen accessories. These Terms apply to all customers, site visitors, and users located in Mesquite, Nevada, and surrounding service areas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

Business Scope and Services Provided

Grill Plus specializes in the design, sale, and installation of custom outdoor kitchens and related products. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom outdoor kitchen design
  • Built-in BBQ grill installation
  • Stone and brick structure construction
  • Installation of outdoor kitchen accessories
  • Prefabricated outdoor kitchen assembly
  • Site assessments and consultations

All services are provided based on the specific requirements of each customer. The final scope of work is outlined in a written estimate, agreement, or invoice.

We do not provide electrical, plumbing, or gas permitting unless explicitly stated in writing. Where outside licensed services are required, coordination may be the homeowner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing

All estimates provided by Grill Plus are non-binding until confirmed in writing through a signed agreement. Pricing is based on materials, labor, design complexity, site access, and current market conditions.

Prices may change due to:

  • Material cost increases
  • Design changes requested by the customer
  • Site conditions that were not visible during initial inspection
  • Delays caused by the customer or third parties

Additional work requested beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms and Secure Transactions

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Typical payment structures may include:

  • Deposit required before materials are ordered
  • Progress payments during installation
  • Final payment due upon project completion

All payments must be made in full and on time. Late payments may result in work stoppage, delays, or added fees.

We use secure payment processors to protect your financial information. Grill Plus does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

Failure to make payments as agreed gives Grill Plus the right to suspend work, remove materials if legally permitted, and pursue legal collection remedies.

Project Scheduling and Delays

Project timelines are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet scheduled completion dates, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Permit processing delays
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Site accessibility issues

Grill Plus is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control. Any timeline adjustments will be communicated promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate property access and workspace
  • Secure HOA approvals if required
  • Obtain local permits unless otherwise agreed
  • Ensure pets, children, and personal property are kept away from work areas
  • Disclose underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hidden obstacles

Failure to meet these responsibilities may cause delays or additional costs.

All products are intended for proper outdoor use only. Customers are responsible for:
